Pepsi: A Taste of North Carolina
In 1935 M. O. Minges purchased the rights to sell Pepsi-Cola in thirteen counties in North Carolina, including Craven County—where Pepsi-Cola was born. Wade Cline from the Minges Bottling Group spoke with junior historians about Pepsi’s history and its success as a native North Carolina soft drink.
