Joining THJHA is easy—and being a junior historian is fun!

THJHA clubs plan their own activities and schedules, with assistance from the THJHA program coordinator as needed. Some clubs meet monthly as an extracurricular activity. Others function as elective classes, enrichment programs, as part of a historic site’s junior docent program, or even as a school’s entire fourth grade. Clubs might focus on community service, leadership and civics, exploring primary sources, field trips, THJHA Annual Contest projects, or particular history themes. There are endless possibilities.

Each school year, club advisers must submit an online membership application.
